I learned that there are nutrition supplements that claim to help with vision. I would like to find one that is a good deal cheaper than Vision Plus. All of these exercises use an all natural ingredient called acupressure. It is a mixture of herbs that have been used for thousands of years to help improve blood circulation. They are not approved by the FDA, so I would not recommend them to children because they do not have the same effect as other medicines that you could use. They do not really belong in the homeopathic area so I would not buy this product just to try it out.

The best reviews I found were for the vision support plus vitamins. They are made from natural ingredients and I would not worry about any side effects. They work just as well as the eye exercises. I thought I should mention that the company that makes Vision Support Plus also makes a plant-based protein. The best part about the meal replacement was that it kept me full and satisfied all day long. I was surprised when I got the package and saw all of the vitamins and minerals listed. 

When you see all of the options that are included, it seems a little strange that it does not have the name Vision Plus on the front of the package. After reading the vitamins and minerals that are in the formula it makes sense that there are not only eye health vitamins but nutrition vitamins and minerals that help your body too. What is nice about the whole system is that all of the vitamins and minerals are natural so that is a plus in my book.
